How to buy & use

Please purchase SHIBUYA PASS on WAmazing Play.

• 

  (If you wish to purchase SHIBUYA SKY tickets) On the purchase page, check ticket availability for your desired date.

• 

  Select "Make a Reservation"

• 

  Select purchase quantity and proceed to the next screen

• 

  After member registration, enter required information, agree to the terms of use, and proceed to the payment screen.

• 

  Complete the payment with a credit card

• 

  After payment is complete, proceed to the SHIBUYA PASS usage screen.

• 

  Tap the top-right icon, select Order History

• 

  Select "SHIBUYA PASS" from Order History

• 

  Open SHIBUYA PASS, select facility/shop list

• 

  Select "SHIBUYA SKY" from the facility/shop list

• 

  Check facility information and notes, select "Go to MENU"

• 

  Select ticket details and proceed

• 

  Select desired entry date, time, and quantity, and proceed to the next screen

• 

  Check your input. If there are no issues, proceed to the next screen.

• 

  Reservation complete.

• 

  Tap the top-right icon, select Order History (※)

• 

  Select "SHIBUYA PASS" from Order History

• 

  Select SHIBUYA PASS usage history

• 

  Select SHIBUYA SKY's advance booking history

• 

  Select "Issue a ticket"

This step is performed by staff, please hand them your smartphone.

• 

  Tap the top-right icon, select Order History

• 

  Select "SHIBUYA PASS" from Order History

• 

  Select facility/shop list

• 

  Select the shop you want to use from the shop list screen

• 

  From the shop's detail screen, select the menu screen

• 

  From the shop's menu screen, select your desired menu

• 

  Select the desired quantity, and press the use button

• 

  Confirm the usage details and press the reservation button

• 

  Confirm that the next screen is to be operated by staff
