SHIBUYA PASS Limited: Special Admission Ticket
This exclusive SHIBUYA PASS admission ticket(for Adults and Junior High & High School Students) can be reserved starting three days before your visit. Tickets for Elementary School Students and Young Children (ages 3-5) are currently only available for purchase at the ticket counter. Please go to the ticket counter on the 14th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square with your child or children and purchase their ticket(s) directly prior to your visit to Shibuya Sky.

Notes about tickets: • The number of SHIBUYA SKY tickets you can reserve is limited to the number of SHIBUYA PASS tickets you have purchased. For example, if you purchased two SHIBUYA PASS tickets, you can reserve up to two SHIBUYA SKY tickets. • SHIBUYA PASS special admission tickets cannot be canceled or have the time and/or date changed once the reservation is confirmed. • Resale, modification, and duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited. • Please note that you will not be able to enter with an unauthorized ticket. • The resale of SHIBUYA PASS and SHIBUYA PASS-limited SHIBUYA SKY tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets are available only through the official seller, WAmazing Play. (This policy is based on Article 8 of the WAmazing Membership Terms and Conditions, which prohibits the sharing or transferring of user IDs and passwords to third parties.) Please be aware that tickets purchased through resale websites or obtained by anyone other than the actual user are considered invalid and cannot be used for entry. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from any source other than WAmazing Play. (This includes SHIBUYA SKY admission tickets purchased from resale sites, which will also be deemed invalid and result in denied entry.) WAmazing is unable to assume responsibility for any issues or disputes arising from tickets obtained through resellers or unauthorized websites. For any concerns, please contact the point of purchase directly. • Please note that if the rooftop area of SHIBUYA SKY is closed due to bad weather, but the indoor area remains open, reservations cannot be canceled and redeemed points cannot be refunded.
